Melanie Keller, RN, BSN, MHA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Melanie began their career at Medshares in 1996 as a Clinical Manager, where they coordinated nursing services and ensured proper documentation for reimbursement. In 2001, Keller joined Tender Loving Care Home Health and served as the General Manager, responsible for overall location management and financial accountability. Melanie later took on the role of Regional Business Manager, overseeing reimbursement/quality assurance and claims processing for multiple offices.

Keller's career continued to progress as they joined Meritan, Inc. in 2006. Melanie initially served as the Director, developing the Medicare Certified Home Health agency and exceeding budgeted goals. Later, Keller became the Senior Director, responsible for program oversight, marketing, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance. Subsequently, they were promoted to Executive Vice President, assisting the President in managing the agency's operations and formulating company policies.

Eventually, in 2013, Keller assumed the role of President at Meritan, Inc., where they provided oversight to all programs and subsidiaries, managing a $25 million revenue with offices in multiple states. Throughout their career, they demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic abilities, achieving outstanding patient outcomes and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Melanie Keller, RN, BSN, MHA obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The University of Memphis. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, also from The University of Memphis.
