Andrew Heck

Andrew Heck is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Meritech Capital since October 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Vice President of Finance and Head of Strategic Finance and Operations at Dexterity, Inc. from October 2021 to September 2023. Prior to this, Andrew spent over eight years at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division, advancing from Associate to Executive Director. Andrew's career began at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Rhetoric from the University of Maryland.
