Carisa Ward, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Meritize since October 2019, Carisa has successfully developed and executed HR strategies that align with organizational goals, notably reducing the time to fill positions and attrition rates significantly. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Corporate Recruitment Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions, where Carisa managed internal recruiting efforts and implemented effective talent management practices. Earlier experience as a Recruiter and Account Manager at QuestPro involved sourcing and placing candidates within the insurance industry while fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates.
