Joanna Zhou

Joanna Zhou is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Senior Engineering Design Manager at Meriton Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Joanna held the position of Head of Engineering at Coronation Property from July 2022 to April 2024, and previously worked as Engineering Design Manager at Meriton Group from January 2020 to July 2022. Joanna's earlier experience includes serving as Principal - Structures and Senior Structural Engineer at BG&E from January 2015 to January 2020, as well as a Structural Engineer at Northrop Consulting Engineers and BG&E from April 2008 to December 2014. Joanna's expertise encompasses the design of reinforced and post-tensioned slabs, composite slab design, stability analysis, and steel design, adhering to various international standards. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Hebei Agricultural University.
