Kelly Ellenz

Kelly Ellenz is a certified foresight practitioner and the founder of Future Forward Wichita, where efforts focus on building a collective of future-thinkers and spreading awareness about foresight skills among Wichitans. As the Director of Strategy and Foresight at Meritrust Credit Union since 2008, Kelly has been instrumental in strategic plan management and fostering innovative thinking within the organization. Previous roles at Meritrust include Director of Strategy and Strategic Analyst, contributing to a broad range of strategic initiatives. With a background that includes leadership in IT and project management at both Meritrust and BWCU, Kelly has developed a strong foundation in technology integration and process improvement. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University.
