VP Of Customer Experience And Delivery at Merit

Jennifer Evans has a diverse work experience. Jennifer started their career as a Co Owner at Derm FX in 2005 and worked there until 2010. From 2011 to 2012, Jennifer worked as a Receptionist at Aguajito Veterinary Hospital. In 2013, they became a Skydiving Instructor before transitioning to a career in customer success. Jennifer joined Merit in 2017 as a Customer Success Lead and later became the Director of Customer Success in February 2022. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Merit, starting in July 2022.

Jennifer Evans attended Boise State University from 2004 to 2007. During their time there, they focused on Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. In addition to their college education, Jennifer obtained the USPA PRO Rating from the US Parachute Association in August 2007. Jennifer also achieved the USPA Tandem Instructor certification, although the specific month and year are not provided.
