H. Hüseyin OKYAY, MSc has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. H. Hüseyin currently holds the position of Senior Information Security Specialist at Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. (MKK), starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vakıf Katılım as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer from April 2021 to July 2022, and as a Cyber Security Engineer from August 2018 to July 2022. H. Hüseyin also served as a Cyber Security Analyst at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM from March 2017 to August 2018. Hüseyin's experience also includes working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası from June 2016 to March 2017, and as an Intern at Qatar Technical Services in July and August 2014.

H. Hüseyin OKYAY, MSc has a diverse education history. H. Hüseyin started their academic journey at Asfa Fen Lisesi, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a degree in Bilgisayar Mühendisliği (Computer Engineering) at Kocaeli University, from 2010 to 2016. Later, they continued their education at Marmara University from 2017 to 2019, specializing in Information Security Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, H. Hüseyin OKYAY has obtained several certifications. H. Hüseyin acquired the CQI and IRCA Certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor certification from BSI Training Academy in April 2023. Furthermore, they completed a certification program in Developing Asp.net 4.5 MVC Web Applications at Bilge Adam in September 2014. H. Hüseyin has also attained ISO 27001 certification from TUBITAK and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification from BSI. Furthermore, they completed programs in Programming in C# and Programming in HTML 5 with Javascript and CSS3, both at Bilge Adam.
