Muhammed Emin Topsakal has a diverse work experience in project and program management, business analysis, and co-founding a company. Muhammed Emin is currently working as a Senior Project & Program Manager at Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. (MKK) since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Manager Project Management Office at Medipol Healthcare Group from 2014 to 2021, where they established and developed the Project Management Methodology for the organization and ensured projects were completed successfully. Before that, Muhammed worked at Acibadem Healthcare Group as a Project Manager, responsible for establishing and developing the company's Project Management Methodology and managing various project activities. Muhammed Emin also worked at Turkey Finans Bank as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed needs and requirements, designed software solutions, and utilized PMI methodologies for project management. Additionally, Muhammed has experience as a Co-Founder at Etud Information Technologies from 2008 to 2009. Overall, Muhammed Emin Topsakal has a strong background in project and program management, as well as experience in business analysis and co-founding a company.

Muhammed Emin Topsakal pursued their undergraduate education from 2003 to 2008 at Kocaeli University, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering. Muhammed Emin then furthered their education by completing an MBA- Master of Business Administration from Beykent University during the academic year 2011-2012.
