Şeyma Hasandayıoğlu

Şeyma Hasandayıoğlu has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Şeyma is currently working as a Senior System Analyst at Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ING as a Senior System Analyst from April 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining ING, Şeyma held the position of Senior Business Analyst at OBSS from January 2017 to April 2019. Their responsibilities at OBSS included analyzing and designing the infrastructure of the Corporate Credit Allocation / New Banking application project.

Before OBSS, they worked as a Business Analyst at Ziraat Teknoloji A.Ş. from October 2014 to December 2016. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst at Turkcell Technology from September 2013 to September 2014. At Turkcell, they managed the integration processes of value-added services and platform services.

Şeyma also has experience as a Project Manager at Turkline from March 2013 to June 2013. In this role, they handled project management and human resources planning for projects in the banking sector, including Akbank, DD Mortgage, and Borusan internet and desktop applications.

Earlier in their career, Şeyma worked as an Intern at FOREKS Bilgi İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. in 2011 and at Kocaeli University in 2010.

Şeyma Hasandayıoğlu obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Kocaeli University from the years 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received a certification in Occupational Health and Safety from Ziraat Teknoloji A.Ş. Şeyma also received a certification in Customer Education from the same institution in March 2016. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Project Management and in January 2015, they received a certification in Agile Business Analysis Techniques using Scrum, both from Ziraat Teknoloji A.Ş. Furthermore, they completed a Software and Database Expert Training from Bilge Adam in August 2012. In March 2012, they attended a Personal Career Cycle Training organized by the 4th Castle National Organization. Lastly, in March 2011, they participated in a Change Management Seminar conducted by Mix Development & KOUEMK.
