Jo Chen

Jo Chen is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in project management and data analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Analytics at Merkle Inc. since August 2018, Jo has also held roles as Manager of Analytics and Lead Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Global Data Analyst at Radius Travel and a Project Manager at United Solutions, LLC, where Jo managed IT and data analytics projects with budgets up to $600K, leveraging agile and waterfall methodologies. Jo's background also includes positions in marketing, such as Marketing Associate at Madenform International Group, where data-driven strategies significantly increased customer engagement. Jo holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Shih Hsin University.
