Dale Pearman

Dale Pearman has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Dale started their career as an Analytical Chemist at SGS in 1988 and worked there until 1990. Dale then joined SGS again in 1991 as a Chemistry Team Leader until 1993. In 1999, they moved to BioScreen Testing Services as a QA Specialist/TQM Supervisor and worked their way up to Chemistry Supervisor and eventually Chemistry Manager. In 2008, they joined Merle Norman Cosmetics as the Director of Quality Control & Technical Services and later became the Executive Director of Quality.

Dale Pearman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield.
