Alfred Olverson

Alfred Olverson is currently working as a SOC Analyst at Merlin International since April 2017. Prior to this role, Alfred worked at Cisco as a TAC Engineer for the SourceFIRE/FirePOWER team from January 2015 to May 2016. Before Cisco, Alfred was a Network Administrator at ITT Exelis from December 2012 to June 2014. Alfred also served in the U.S. Army as a JNN Operator from January 2006 to January 2010. Throughout their various roles, Alfred has demonstrated expertise in managing networks, troubleshooting system and network issues, and providing technical support.
