Joseph Clark is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Merlin Cyber since January 2022, Joseph has previously held key roles at Aisera and Workiva, where responsibilities included leading the Public Sector teams and driving growth in financial systems transformation. Prior to these positions, Joseph spent over seven years at IBM in various capacities, including Client Unit Executive for IBM Federal Health and Security Sales Manager, where leadership of sales teams and engagement with large federal agencies was paramount. Early career experience includes roles at Software AG and Kilda Group LLC, alongside a legal background as a litigation associate. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor in Litigation from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
