Debbie Brenen

Debbie Brenen has extensive experience in various roles within human resources and operations. Debbie has worked for Merlin Entertainments since November 1999, with a focus on figure production, operations, and HR. In their most recent role as HR Director for Merlin Magic Making, Debbie led a cultural change program. Prior to that, Debbie served as Group Head of Talent Development and Head of Talent Management & Corporate HR. Debbie also has experience in training and development, having worked as a Regional Training Manager for Barclays Bank. Debbie holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services with CIPD qualifications.
