Julie Xiang

Julie Xiang is Chief Revenue Officer for Merlin, where she is responsible for leading the company and growing revenue in both the public and private sectors. Julie has more than 16 years of information technology sales and sales management experience, including seven years at IBM, where she achieved significant recognition. She has also held leadership positions at Oracle and Datatel Inc. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Shanghai International Studies University, a Master of Education from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland University College.
