Kirk Rawlings

Kirk Rawlings has an extensive background in cyber security and network engineering, currently serving as a DC Cyber Security/Network Engineer at the US Department of Health and Human Services since September 2011, while also holding the position of DC, MD & VA Regional Engineer at Merlin International since the same date. Prior experience includes consulting roles at NFF and NBS Enterprises & IT Services in 2011 and a brief tenure as a Field Engineer at Robert Half Technology in 2010.
