Louis Wenger started their career as an Associate at Wallace Properties, Inc. in 2010, where they worked until 2012. Louis then joined First Western Properties as a Broker from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Louis worked at Weingarten Realty Investors as a Leasing Executive. In 2018, they joined Merlone Geier Partners & Merlone Geier Management as a Project Manager for their Pacific Northwest portfolio. Louis later became the Vice President in July 2021, focusing on leasing efforts for shopping centers and redevelopment projects in the North Puget Sound region.
Louis Wenger attended Washington State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Sport Management. During their time at the university, their studies focused on business and sport management.
