Max Tsou

Max Tsou has a strong background in hardware and product management, with experience in leading program development and validation for fiber gateways at AT&T. Max also has extensive program management experience at ARRIS, where they oversaw full-cycle program management, product development, and manufacturing processes for audio/digital receiver products. Prior to that, they served as a senior project manager at Pace Americas, where they oversaw the development of satellite digital set-top boxes. Max has also held leadership roles at Logitech, Foxconn, Mentor Data Systems, Opto Tech Corp, and Electro-Optek Corp, where they gained experience in video engineering, product line management, R&D management, and hardware design. Throughout their career, Max has demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and deliver projects on schedule.

Max Tsou has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from California State University, Long Beach. Max also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from California State University, Los Angeles. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Supply Chain Professional program (CSCP) from APICS in October 2019, PMP Certification Training in October 2018, Scrum Master Certified from VMEdu Inc. in September 2018, Scrum Fundamentals Certified from VMEdu Inc. in August 2018, Internal Auditor Certification (ISO9001:2015) from ARRIS in February 2017, Internal Auditor Training (TL9000:2016 R6) from ARRIS in February 2017, and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt Certification from Foxconn in November 2007.
