Leon Swanepoel

Leon Swanepoel is an experienced professional in business process optimization and implementation, currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at Merlynn Intelligence Technologies since May 2024. Previously, from June 2007 to April 2024, Leon held various roles at Santam Insurance, culminating in the position of Head: Business Process Optimization, where responsibilities included leading a team to enhance business processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365, Robotic Process Automation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Earlier career experience includes roles at Intec Billing, Independent Consulting, and Hyflo Southern Africa, where Leon developed expertise in business improvement, engineering sales, and hydraulic design. Leon holds a Master’s in Engineering Management, a Senior Management Development Diploma, a Postgraduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, all from Stellenbosch University.
