Melanie Donkers is an experienced Development Director currently at Merman since August 2018, with a robust history in the film and television industry. Previously, Melanie served as Development Executive at Pulse Films and as Integrated Producer at Fullscreen. Key accomplishments include developing television and film projects based on notable literary works and conducting high-profile meetings with writers and directors. At UCP/USA Network, Melanie held the role of Co-Executive Producer for "The Arrangement," a drama developed from an Elmore Leonard story.
