Eric Delorme

Eric Delorme has over 20 years of experience in plant operations and P&L/Budget management. Eric currently holds the position of Plant Manager/Sr Director of Operations at Mermet USA, a Hunter Douglas Group company. Eric has successfully implemented Lean 6 Sigma to improve plant performance, customer satisfaction, and margin/EBITDA. Prior to their current role, Eric served as a Department Manager at Mermet SAS. Eric has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Université de Poitiers and an Associate of Science in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Textile School Lyon. Eric also has experience as a Production Project Manager for a new plant start-up in the Carolinas.
