Stephen M. Twitty

Stephen M. Twitty is a retired Lieutenant General with extensive strategic, operational, and international experience. Currently, they serve as President of Twitty and Associates, LLC and hold various board advisory roles across multiple organizations. They have previously held leadership positions, including Deputy Commander for United States European Command and Commanding General for the 1st United States Army. Stephen earned a Master of Science in National Security Policy Studies from the National Defense University and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, they are a Distinguished Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis.
