Barbara Ratner

Barbara Ratner has an extensive and varied work experience. Barbara began their career in 1994 as the Executive Director of the United Jewish Federation & Jewish Community Center in New York. Barbara then transitioned to the role of Director of Development at Middlesex Community College from 1998 to 2000. Barbara joined Merraine Group Inc. in 2001 as the Vice President of Career Development, where they oversaw recruitment functions and served on the company's Executive Committee. In 2012, they were promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning & Special Projects at Merraine Group, Inc. / Shepherd Search Group Inc., where they worked closely with the President & CEO to identify new product lines, strategic alliances, and acquisition targets. Barbara's responsibilities also included global projects, customer initiatives, and overall strategic planning for the organization.

Barbara Ratner obtained their M.S. in Communications Management from Simmons University in 1985. Prior to that, they attended the University of Miami, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided.
