Ellen Hardaway, MBA has experience leading marketing teams at Merrick Bank and Chase. At Chase, Ellen directed strategies that led to significant growth and improved customer experience. Ellen also managed cross-functional projects, drove consumer credit card acquisition growth, and implemented new technology. At Merrick Bank, Ellen currently leads the creative and market intelligence team supporting all lines of business, develops marketing strategies for consumer credit cards, and leads the partnership strategy.
