Dana Hardin has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. They started their career as an Assistant at Land Title in April 2006 and worked there until July 2007.
In 2007, Dana joined United Launch Alliance (ULA) and held various roles in Program Planning and Controls. They first worked as a Transition & Consolidation Planner, where they developed and delivered training and led the creation of the complex Cost Distribution Manual. After that, Dana worked as an Independent Cost Estimator, connecting with a valued mentor and embracing personal and professional progress. Their final role at ULA was as a Central Program Financial Analyst, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business processes.
From 2014 to 2017, Dana worked at ULA - United Launch Alliance - Lockheed Martin & Boeing as a Material Cost Specialist and a Major Subcontract Analyst in Program Planning and Controls. They enjoyed developing a synergistic relationship with a key supplier and facilitating a validation metric for their earned valued system.
Since October 2019, Dana has been working as a Project Specialist at Merrick & Company.
Throughout their career, Dana has gained valuable experiences and built lasting bonds with colleagues.
Dana Hardin began their education journey at Calvin University in 2002, where they pursued a General Undergraduate degree with a focus on General Studies. Dana completed their studies at Calvin University in 2004. Subsequently, Dana attended Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2004, specializing in English Literature (British and Commonwealth). Dana obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2005.
