Giovanny Inca

Giovanny Inca has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Giovanny began their career as a Student IT Tech at Washington College from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they worked as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at Temporary Solutions, Inc.

In 2006, Giovanny joined Bechtel National Inc as a Subcontract Technical Representative. Giovanny then moved to Bechtel Power, where they held various roles as a Project Controls Technician, Project Controls Engineer - Cost / Estimating, Project Controls Engineer - Scheduling & Cost, and Project Controls Engineer - Cost from 2006 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2018, Giovanny worked at Bechtel Infrastructure as a Project Controls Engineer - Cost. During this time, they processed WebSRs/FMRs and handled invoicing for multiple markets, among other responsibilities.

In 2018, Giovanny rejoined Bechtel Power as a Project Controls Engineer - Program Management Office (Planning). Giovanny provided guidance and support to the planning team and organized finance calls with clients for the AT&T Mobility Project.

In 2020, they joined Bechtel Corporation as a Project Controls Engineer - Data Analyst & Cost. In this role, they supported the Cost group and learned Power BI and EcoSys for insights, analytics, and project support purposes.

Currently, Giovanny Inca works at Merrick & Company as a Project Controls Engineer III, a position they started in August 2022.

Giovanny Inca completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs with a concentration in Latin America from Washington College. Giovanny attended the college from 2001 to 2005.
