Heidi McBride has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heidi began their career as a Client Serving Associate at EY, where they conducted interviews, obtained financial information, and managed supporting documentation for tax-credit studies. Heidi then worked as a Communications Editor and Technical Writer at Comcast, where they managed content for an online customer-support center.
Afterwards, Heidi joined CH2M HILL as a Proposal Specialist, coordinating with project management and creative groups to develop multimillion-dollar proposals. Heidi then moved on to SEH as the Manager of Marketing Communications, where they developed regional marketing materials and tracked strategy results.
Following that, Heidi joined Fransen Pittman General Contractors as a Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing and business development efforts. Heidi created sales and marketing materials, managed a marketing budget, and developed proposals to increase revenue. Heidi then worked at the Colorado Governors Energy Office as a Communications Program Associate.
Next, they joined Advanced Energy Corp as a Contract Communications Consultant. In this role, they promoted the company's products and services to clients and served as an interim account coordinator for Duke Energy's Large Business Group.
Heidi then worked at Four Winds Interactive for several years in various roles. First, as an RFP and Documentation Manager, they developed a process for responding to Request for Proposals and established relationships with various departments for turnkey service RFP responses. Heidi then transitioned to a Solutions Consultant role, where they applied value-selling methodologies and relationship development to understand business needs. Heidi collaborated with sales and implementation teams to propose solutions that drive measurable results post-implementation.
Most recently, Heidi McBride joined Merrick & Company as a Project Coordinator.
Heidi McBride earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Technical Communications from Colorado State University, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Technical Communications from the same university, completing their studies from 2003 to 2005.
