Holly Coffee Phr, Cebs

Holly Coffee has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Holly started their career at TransLogic Corp. in 1991 as a Human Resources Generalist. Holly then worked as a Benefits Specialist at OrionAuto from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, Holly became a Human Resources Manager at Knight Piesold, where they managed HR functions and supervised staff. Holly later joined CH2M HILL/VECO USA, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, where they directed and controlled all HR activities. From 2009 to 2011, Holly worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Alliance Engineering, handling various HR functions and assisting managers. Holly then joined Resolute Energy Corporation as a Senior HR Generalist, responsible for HR functions and benefits administration. Most recently, Holly has been working as a Benefits Manager at Merrick & Company. Overall, Holly has extensive experience in HR management, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Prior to that, Holly earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, attending from 1980 to 1984. Holly completed their high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School, where they obtained a diploma between 1976 and 1980.

Aside from their academic achievements, Holly also holds additional certifications. In 2005, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Furthermore, in 2015, they earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS).
