Prior to that, Holly earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, attending from 1980 to 1984. Holly completed their high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School, where they obtained a diploma between 1976 and 1980.
Aside from their academic achievements, Holly also holds additional certifications. In 2005, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Furthermore, in 2015, they earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS).
