Mark Henline

Mark Henline has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to finance and accounting. Mark started their career as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse in 1982. Mark then worked as an Accounting Manager at RJR Nabisco Brands before joining Colad as a Controller in 1987. In 1988, they became the Controller at SLC Consultants/Constructors, Inc., where they managed the accounting and financial reporting function. From 1992 to 2006, they served as the Corporate Controller at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, overseeing the financial functions of multiple operating entities. Since 2006, Mark has been working at Merrick & Company, where they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President & CFO. In this role, they are responsible for various departments, including accounting, financial services, and IT services, among others. Mark's expertise lies in engineering, environmental services, and construction industries, with a focus on energy, nuclear, and national security facilities.
