Michael Martin

Mike Martin leads Merrick’s Infrastructure Team. Mike’s career at Merrick started with a cold call to the CEO. He had recently moved to Colorado and was looking for an entry-level position and a contact from his alma mater gave him Former CEO Ralph Christie’s name, but without any information on his title. Mike called and asked to speak with Ralph, and to his surprise, ended up speaking with the CEO directly. That call led to Mike’s first job as an associate design engineer. Now, Mike is the youngest business unit leader in Merrick’s history.
