As director of ITS, Shawn Holton focuses on using technology to make work easier for Merrick’s employees. He looks at ways to innovate and streamline processes to keep our focus on the work we do and not the programs used to complete it. Shawn’s team also keeps all of Merrick’s information safe through the latest techniques in cybersecurity.
