Scott Friar has diverse work experience spanning several companies. Scott started their career in 1994 as a Senior Assembly Operator at International Rectifier, where they operated machinery for the production of electronic microchips and transformers. Scott then moved on to St Ives Direct in 1995, where they worked as a Management Accountant, responsible for maintaining accounts for two divisional companies up to management account level. In 2006, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Finance Administrative Assistant on a temporary assignment. Their responsibilities included P&L reconciliations and international inter-departmental communications. From 2007 to 2015, Scott worked at Merrill DataSite as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing various projects. Currently, they are employed at Datasite, starting in 2015 as a Client Services Supervisor and later advancing to the role of Client Services Manager.

Scott Friar attended Eden Valley School from 1988 to 1993 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field of study.
