Erica Gower

Erica Gower is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the senior living industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Merrill Gardens since February 2015, Erica oversees multiple communities and new developments, working collaboratively with leadership to achieve census goals and manage budgets. Previous roles include Divisional Director at March of Dimes, where Erica successfully led projects and events that exceeded financial targets, and a stint as Founder & President of Tiny Footprints Guild, raising significant funds for related initiatives. Erica's career also includes positions as a consultant executive recruiter, program committee co-chair, and director of marketing, demonstrating a strong track record of improving occupancy rates, developing marketing strategies, and fostering community partnerships. Erica holds a BA in Journalism and Public Relations from Seattle University and further education from the University of Washington.
