In 2018 the company's sales volume peaked at over $122 million as a result of 229 transactions. Since 2013, Merrill L. Thomas, Inc. has consistently led the Adirondack Champlain Valley Multiple Listing Service with over $450 Million in Listing and Sales Volume which is $130 Million more than the next competitor.
