Michelle Leblanc Blair

Michelle LeBlanc Blair, MBA, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in real estate and management. Currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Merrill L. Thomas, Inc. since August 2022, Michelle is focused on helping clients achieve their property goals in the Adirondacks. As the President of P-2's Irish Pub, operational since June 2006, Michelle creates a welcoming environment for patrons, featuring live music and local craft beers. Prior experience includes a 26-year tenure at Wiley, where Michelle held various leadership roles, including Manager of National Technology Training, implementing innovative training programs and launching Salesforce in North America. Michelle's career began as a Publisher's Representative at Richard D. Irwin, managing multiple accounts in North Texas. Michelle earned an MBA from Nicholls State University in 1992.
