Laura Thibodeau

Laura Thibodeau is an experienced professional in career development and counseling, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Career Advising at Merrimack College since February 2013. In this role, Laura provides comprehensive career guidance to undergraduate and graduate students, focusing on skill development through technology. Additionally, Laura has designed and taught courses aimed at first-year engineering students and upperclassmen, covering essential topics like career exploration, professional branding, and interview techniques. Previous experiences include positions as a Career Advisor at College Planning Strategies, a Graduate Intern School Counselor at Ashland High School, and a Learning Specialist at North Central Charter Essential School. Laura holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Boston College.
