Tiana Lawrence

Tiana Lawrence, M.Ed., serves as the Director of Quality Management at Coalition for a Better Acre, focusing on program development, evaluation plans, staff training, grant support, and reporting. In addition, Tiana is an Adjunct Professor at Merrimack College, teaching Diversity, Social Justice, and Ethics, and managing various aspects of the course to enhance student learning. Previous roles include Mel King Institute Program Associate and Community Engagement Fellow at MACDC, where Tiana facilitated training and networking for public housing residents and managed advocacy communications. Tiana also held positions at Merrimack College's Student Government Association, promoting diversity and inclusion, and has experience as a Volunteer Program Intern at Merrimack Valley YMCA. Tiana holds a Master's degree in Community Engagement and a Bachelor's degree in Women and Gender Studies and English.
