Lou Serio has a strong background in information technology, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Lou began their career at Finard & Company as an IT Manager from 1996 to 1999. Lou then moved on to Skanska USA IT, where they served as the National Manager - IT from 1999 to 2010. Following this, Lou joined The Middlesex Corporation as the Director of IT from 2010 to 2012. Lou then worked at Doble Engineering as the Data Center Operations Manager from 2012 to 2018. Currently, Lou is Vice President of Information Technology at Merrimack Valley Credit Union, where they previously held the position of AVP Information Technology and Senior Systems Network Manager.
Lou Serio's education history includes a certification in Corporate Education from Boston University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, they attended the Berklee College of Music in 1983, focusing on percussion, although they did not obtain a degree from there.
