Jeff Munsie

Jeff Munsie is currently the General Counsel and Head of Corporate Operations at Merrimack. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Silver Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 2017 to May 2019. Jeff was also the SVP, General Counsel, Head of Corporate Operations and Secretary at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals from February 2011 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were Counsel/Associate at WilmerHale from September 2002 to January 2011 where they were a member of the Corporate Practice Group focusing on counseling public and private companies on ongoing corporate and securities law matters, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and public offerings.

Jeff Munsie attended Harvard Law School and Dartmouth College, where they studied engineering sciences modified with environmental science.
