David Eisenman

David Eisenman has a strong background in real estate and finance, with experience in acquisitions, underwriting, entitlement, and development of multifamily projects. David has worked with various organizations such as Merritt Community Capital Corporation, BUILD SF, Extell Development Company, New York City Economic Development Corporation, and NYC Department of Small Business Services. David holds a BA from Yale University in Political Science and Urban Studies, an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with Honors in Real Estate and Finance, and an Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from UC Berkeley.
