Colleen Hill

Colleen Hill, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Colleen has held various positions in different companies since 2008. Colleen started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek and later became a Recruiter at Kaseman, where they provided engineering and technical security solutions to the Federal Government. Colleen then worked as a Recruiter at KS International LLC, focusing on information technology and staffing solutions for the Department of State. Colleen joined Anglicotech, LLC as a Lead Recruiter, contributing to the company's global presence. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Senior Consultant at Human Capital Strategic Consulting, advising clients on talent acquisition and development. Colleen also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at TalentRemedy, specializing in various skill areas, including human resources and information technology. Finally, they worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at both Cutline Communications and Merritt Group, where they developed and executed strategic HR programs for these marketing communications firms.

Colleen Hill, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science/Adult Fitness from Marshall University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the certifications of SHRM-CP from SHRM in September 2015 and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute in June 2012.
