Joshua Asbury

Joshua Asbury has over two decades of experience in design, development, and construction, currently serving as the Vice President of Design, Development & Construction at Merritt Properties, LLC since June 2001. Previously, Joshua held the position of Project Manager at both Merritt Properties and Merritt Construction Services until October 2021. Joshua Asbury earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Real Estate & Economic Development from the University of Baltimore from 2008 to 2014.
