Taylor Merritt has had an extensive work experience. In 2006, they became the Managing Partner at Merritt Investments, LLLP. In 2008, they joined Merritt Equipment Co. as CFO, where they played a key role in the company's success as a leading manufacturer of Livestock, Commodity, and Gooseneck trailers. In 2016, they became the Chairman & CEO of Merritt Aluminum Products Company, leading the company in the production of high-quality aluminum accessory products for the heavy-duty truck industry. In 2019, they also took on the role of Chairman and CEO at Merritt Trailers, Inc., a family-owned business that has been pioneers in the agricultural transportation market since 1951.
Taylor Merritt attended the Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016. During this time, Taylor completed the Owner President Management Program, focusing on the field of study known as Owner President Management. Prior to that, Taylor pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Management at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2002 to 2006.
