Allyn Chambliss

Allyn Chambliss is currently working as a Senior Director at The ExCo Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as Organizational Culture Consultant from July 2021 to January 2023.

Before their current position, Allyn Chambliss had an extensive tenure at Barrett Values Centre, starting in July 2007. They began as an Assessment Consultant and eventually became the Director of Customer Success / Business Analytics. In this role, they led a team of six internal Assessment Consultants and worked on developing and improving the Culture and Leadership Assessment product suite. They also collaborated with other business units to ensure a seamless user experience and provided coaching support to consultants.

Prior to joining Barrett Values Centre, Allyn Chambliss worked in the banking industry. They served as a Retail Sales Coordinator and Sales Analyst at a banking company from June 2004 to September 2007. Before that, they worked as a Retail Area Manager at Wachovia Bank from 2000 to 2003. Their earliest work experience was as a General Manager at Dillards Department Stores from 1997 to 2000.

Allyn Chambliss attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a degree in Journalism specializing in Advertising. Additionally, in 2008, Allyn Chambliss obtained certifications from Barrett Values Centre, including CTT Part 2 - Certified Consultant and Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) Part 1 - Certified Consultant.
