Francisco Paschoal

Francisco Paschoal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Francisco started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 1973 and worked there until 1995, eventually becoming the Head of Commercial Operations for South America. After that, they served as the CEO of Lion S.A. (now Sotreq) from 1995 to 2000. Francisco then moved to BASF as the COO and Business Unit Director for South America from 2001 to 2003. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the CEO of Grupo Thá. In 2007, they became a Partner and CEO of Bauko Rental S.A., a machinery rental business in Brazil. Francisco held this position until 2013. Francisco's more recent roles include Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison (2016-2022), Client Partner at Hyper Island (since 2017), Principal at Spinnaker Coaching & Consulting Associates (since 2014), Mentor/Coach at The ExCo Group (since 2022), and Principal at Strategic Business Alliance (since 2023).

Francisco Paschoal has a diverse education history. In 1977, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2003, they completed the AMP program at INSEAD, focusing on Business. From 2000 to 2016, they pursued a degree in Governance at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa. In 2015, they attended Columbia University, where they obtained certification as an Executive Coach.

In addition to their formal education, Francisco has also obtained several certifications in various areas. In 2014, they became a certified practitioner of NBI (Neethling Brain Instruments) from Global Insights Consulting, LLC. In 2016, they received LEA 360o Assessment Certification from MRG (Management Research Group). Their most recent certification is in Hogan Personality Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems, which they obtained in December 2021.
