Gabrielle Thompson

Gabrielle Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Gabrielle currently works at The ExCo Group as an Executive Coach & Mentor. In addition, they are also a member of the Board of Directors at Child Advocates of Placer County.

Prior to their current roles, Gabrielle held various positions at different companies. At Cisco, they served as the SVP, EXECUTIVE & BOARD | SVP ACQUISITIONS & TOTAL REWARDS. During their time there, they assembled high-performance teams, authored succession plans, and strengthened the compensation team's capabilities.

Before Cisco, Gabrielle worked at SuccessFactors as the Vice President of HR and Total Rewards. Gabrielle played a pivotal role in shaping the company's Total Rewards strategy, which led to hyper-growth, attracted top talent, and fostered a culture of collaboration.

Gabrielle's experience also includes working at Numonyx as the CPO | VP of Human Resources, where they oversaw global HR functions and core teams. At Intel, they held the positions of Director, Global Staffing Operations | Director, Worldwide Compensation and Benefits. In this role, they refined the compensation and benefits strategy across multiple countries and supported the Compensation Committee's decision-making.

Gabrielle Thompson completed their MBA with a focus in Finance from Saint Mary's College between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from the same institution between 1981 and 1985. Before pursuing higher education, Gabrielle attended Terra Linda High School, but no specific dates or degrees were provided.
