Jesse James, Jr. has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Jesse is currently the Chief Financial Officer at The ExCo Group. Previously, they served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Knowesis Inc. and as a Senior Business Consultant at Unanet. Prior to that, Jesse held various roles at Accenture, Siemens Industry US, Siemens Government Technologies, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, McDonald Bradley, Computer Sciences Corporation, and James Martin + Company. Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated expertise in financial management, leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

Jesse James, Jr's education history begins in 1991 when they enrolled at DeVry University-Atlanta to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Jesse successfully completed their undergraduate program in 1994. Following this, Jesse went on to further enhance their knowledge and skills by entering Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Accounting.
