Kimberly Lubel

Kimberly Lubel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 1991 to 1997, they worked as an Associate at Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP. In 1997, they joined Valero Energy Corporation as an Executive Vice President & General Counsel, a role they held until 2013. In 2013, Lubel became the Chairman & CEO of CST Brands, Inc. but resigned in 2017. Kimberly then served as a Board Member for WPX Energy from 2013 to 2020, PBF Energy from 2017 to the present, Westlake Chemical from 2020 to the present, and Arcosa Inc. from 2021 to the present. Additionally, Lubel is currently working as an Executive Coach & Mentor at The ExCo Group, a global firm that focuses on executive development.

Kimberly Lubel earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and International Studies from Miami University of Ohio, which they attended from 1982 to 1986. Kimberly then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations at Baylor University, completing it from 1986 to 1987. Kimberly further pursued their education at The University of Texas School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 1988 to 1991.
