May Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. May began their career at the Military Hospital of Maracaibo as a Psychology Intern, where they received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychometric testing for military personnel and veterans with PTSD. May then worked as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the Comprehensive Center for Psychological Specialties, providing cognitive-behavioral therapy, neurofeedback therapy, and psychometric testing to diagnose and treat patients of all ages. May later transitioned to a managerial role as the Operations Manager at Kazemi Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, overseeing daily operations and ensuring comprehensive patient care. Currently, they are employed at The ExCo Group as a Leadership Development Consultant - Senior Associate and will soon take on the role of Key Account Manager.

May Hernandez earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Venezuela, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. May obtained additional certifications including Neurofeedback Certification from Humanos D'Hus Corporation, Neurofeedback Division in Valencia, Venezuela in May 2017, and became a Licensed Psychologist through the Zulia State Psychological Federation in Venezuela in June 2017. May later pursued a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at George Mason University from 2023 to 2024.
