Richard Fredericks

Richard Fredericks is an accomplished professional in regulatory operations and quality with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Solutions at Mersana Therapeutics since April 2022, Richard also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies. Previous roles include Director of Regulatory Operations and Technology at Black Diamond Therapeutics, as well as Director positions at GSK and TESARO, Inc. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Richard has been instrumental in application development, regulatory submission processes, and the implementation of regulatory systems, while also mentoring and developing staff in the field. Richard holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Project Management Certificate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, alongside a BA in Political Science from UMass Boston.
